The National Security Law ProgramĀ
The National Security Law Program focuses particularly on the role of domestic law in national security matters from the perspective of both lawyers and policymakers. The contours of the dynamic field of national security law are in constant flux, being shaped and reshaped each year in light of emerging challenges posed by the inevitability of globalization.
Columbia University School of Law has established a program with the Hebrew University, under which up to two Columbia Law students fluent in Hebrew may spend their second- or third-year spring semester in Jerusalem. Hebrew University is one of the leading law faculties in Israel with an outstanding faculty and a wide range of course offerings. The program is conducted at Hebrew University Faculty of Law at Mount Scopus in Jerusalem, Israel.
